Return Window: DEATHGRIP wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a 30 day return period on all items ordered via www.deathgripgloveco.com


Condition: Gloves must be in their original packaging and condition with all tags attached.

Free Returns with Redo: We offer Redo for convenient and free online returns and exchanges. If you opt in to Redo in your cart, you will have the opportunity for unlimited free shipping for exchanges, store credit, or returns per order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart must pay the cost of shipping for any return or exchange.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All DEATHGRIP GLOVE CO. gloves and mitts are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please include the following in your message:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect

Once we receive this information, our team will review your claim and determine the appropriate next steps. At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit.

Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement product or store credit, depending on product availability. Warranty claims are not eligible for refunds. Store credit issued through a warranty does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations
• Issues resulting from exposure beyond intended use

For approved warranty claims within the United States, we may provide a prepaid USPS return label at our discretion. Please note that prepaid return labels are only available to U.S. customers and exclude certain U.S. territories and all international orders.
